The Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Chicago- Magnificent Mile is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join the team!
This contemporary, vibrant, and newly redesigned hotel is located just a few steps to Michigan Avenue shopping and the sights of Navy Pier.
The Front Desk Supervisor is a full-time position, working rotating/flexible shifts, starting at either 7am to 3pm., or 3pm to 11pm. Some overnights may be required. Weekends and holidays required.

Our current wage range for this role is $24.00-$25.00 per hour

• Oversees front desk operations.
• Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
• Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
• Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
• Resolves customer complaints.
• Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Front Office Supervisor Experience. Knowledge of OnQ and Voice systems is always a plus. In addition, we look for the demonstration of the following key attributes:
