Position Summary As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting financial best practices within PBM Finance. You will ensure effective financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning functions to help drive the quality and integrity of the P&L. Additionally, you will help provide executive management the data needed to make critical business decisions.

This role will operate within the PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) unit of CVS Health.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in finance or a related field (e.g., accounting, analytics, corporate strategy, consulting)

2+ years experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial planning and analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, month end close, etc.)
• Healthcare experience
• Experience analyzing data and learning new technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, SQL, SAP

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or other quantitatively oriented fields; accredited four year college or university or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
