SodexoMagic has an opportunity for a Food Operations Manager at Hartsfield Jackson Airport (ATL) within the private American Airlines Lounge. Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. What You'll Do

1. Have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
2. Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
3. Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
4. Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and/or
5. Ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs.

What You Bring

• Strong food & beverage knowledge, attention to detail, excellent service standards, and the ability to inspire a team;
• Have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization;
• Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service;
• Exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
• The ability to work a flexible schedule (typical schedule may be 11am-7pm or 6am-2pm);
• Demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 yearsMinimum Functional Experience 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
