Retail General Manager - Newnan, GA
As the Retail General Manager, you'll be responsible for everything within the four walls of your store. You'll set the tone for the store by building a strong culture for your employees and driving sales excellence. You'll work with your employees, vendor partners, and peers at nearby Best Buy stores to provide excellent customer experiences every day.
What you'll do
- Lead the team to achieve financial targets and drive customer experience
- Hire, develop, and retain top talent
- Ensure store employees maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor
- Coach and inspire your leadership team and hold them accountable for employee development
- Oversee labor management and scheduling based on business needs
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years of leadership experience in business, military, or related fields
- 3 years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in business or related fields
- Retail experience
- Consumer electronics experience
