Our client, a leading organization in fleet operations and vehicle management, is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist to join their team. As a Fleet Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fleet Support Specialist

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: 45/hr. Shift: Tues-Sat - 2pm-11pm

What's the Job?

• Coordinate repair scheduling and optimize vehicle repair times in collaboration with the scheduling team.
• Monitor fleet health by reviewing open vehicle issues and generating actionable plans.
• Maintain accurate records and historical data related to vehicle health and repairs.
• Assist in creating technical documentation and support reporting on fleet performance and maintenance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline hardware and software handoffs, ensuring smooth fleet operations.

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced service or automotive environment.
• Educational background with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and fundamentals.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
