Finisher Labeling & Packaging

A labeling and packaging company is seeking an experienced Finisher to join their production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Karlville and/or Rotoflex inspection machines and a strong eye for detail to ensure high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Karlville and/or Rotoflex inspection equipment to finish and inspect printed labels and packaging materials
• Monitor production for accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout the finishing process
• Identify and remove defective materials, ensuring only approved products move forward
• Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Work closely with team members to maintain workflow and meet deadlines
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience running Karlville and/or Rotoflex inspection machines required
• Background in labeling or packaging production
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
