Sterile Packaging & Inspection Associate

We are currently hiring a Sterile Packaging & Inspection Associate for our evening shift. This full-time position is responsible for inspecting, cleaning, labeling, and packaging products used in regulated environments. The role is performed in a controlled clean room setting, requiring attention to detail, consistent focus, and adherence to contamination control protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Visually inspect, clean, and package products according to detailed specifications
• Apply labels and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Follow gowning and hygiene protocols required in a sterile work environment
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, including equipment and surfaces
• Accurately complete basic documentation and report nonconformances
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience preferred (manufacturing, inspection, packaging, etc.)
• Ability to work with water and perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
• Comfortable wearing PPE, including a mask, gown, gloves, and hair covering
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
