Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support team supporting quality assurance and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $16.50/hr

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

• Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.
• Ensure finished products are packaged in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect in-process packaging and components to maintain consistent quality, removing defective items as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
• Assist with inventory counting and participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6 months of industry-related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good documentation practices and familiarity with basic computer software.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including potential overtime and rotating shifts.
