How You Make a Difference

The FPA Manager leads financial planning and reporting processes in support of divisional leadership. They prepare internal reports, oversee contract analysis, and manage forecasting and budget variance reviews. This role collaborates with operations to identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend strategic solutions. The manager supports audits, analyzes data, and contributes to pricing, due diligence, and business performance initiatives. They also serve as the primary finance contact for site-level staff and ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and contract performance analysis
• Collaborate with operations and accounting to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve divisional financial performance
• Support audits, pricing proposals, and financial due diligence for growth initiatives
• Serve as primary financial liaison for regional and site operations staff

Qualifications & Requirements

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business or finance.

EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years' experience in finance in a large-scale environment, multi-site experience preferred.
• Experience in accounting or working closely with accounting teams during month end close cycle required.
