The Senior Manager, Ocean Origin LCL/FCL Operation Automation at Walmart Global Logistics leads automation initiatives to streamline international ocean freight operations. What You'll Do

• Drive Automation: Design and implement automation initiatives to streamline Ocean Origin LCL/FCL operations and improve efficiency.
• Deliver for the Customer: Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring automation solutions exceed expectations and support business growth.
• Think Big: Identify opportunities to leverage technology and process improvements to scale ocean freight operations.
• Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with marketplace, procurement, operations, and tech teams to deliver impactful automation solutions.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Monitor performance, remove obstacles, and drive continuous improvement across ocean origin operations.

• Are a self-starter with a builder mindset, comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity.
• Have strong communication skills and can juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Have experience leading cross-functional projects without direct authority.
• Bring a background in ocean freight forwarding, supply chain, and operational automation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of experience in operations management, automation, logistics, or a related area. OR
• 6 years of experience in operations management, automation, logistics, or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• 2 years of experience developing automation or logistics solution strategies.
• 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Operational experience with Ocean LCL/FCL.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: stock.
