This role is for a Financial Analyst II within the Paragon and Firetip Portfolio, supporting the Advanced Electronic Warfare Systems (AEWS) Product Line within the Electronic Combat Systems Business Area. This role will support a diverse portfolio with programs executing throughout the product life cycle. This role will be performed in a hybrid capacity, with the individual splitting their time between working on-site at BAE Facilities (Nashua, NH) and remotely.

Responsibilities may include:

• Contribute as trusted finance partner at program meetings and reviews
• Create, maintain, and monitor program baselines utilizing Earned Value Management or another appropriate method.
• Review and monitor program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
• Develop and update financial forecasts and estimates at complete
• Analyze program financial performance and variances to forecasts
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements both internally and externally
• Support program management in all financial aspects of the program, such as baselining, forecasting, and reporting
• Work with the contracts department for funding, billings, and other contractual items

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related Business discipline, and 0+ years of work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrates ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, and/or Earned Value Management

Pay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
