Responsibilities

The FMS Financial Tiger Team supports IPO-230F for financial Case Management support specific to internal and enterprise-wide FMS case execution, reconciliation, and closure. The Case Reconciliation and Closure Tiger Team is a DSCA initiative to augment the Navys case closure efforts.

Participate as mid-level members of the FMS Financial Tiger Team. Provide financial assistance in case development, execution, contract reconciliation, and closure.

Provide case development, management, and closure support to include coordination with case managers, technical analysis of programs, program management support to IPO for MISIL and N-ERP cases under Navy IPO cognizance.

Perform analysis and make recommendations to resolve corporate FMS business rule violations. Submit monthly report displaying analysis and recommendations for violation resolution.

Attend and maintain minutes for FMS enterprise activities and high-level meetings for IPO-230.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. Use the guide below to determine education and experience for this position.

Education: Bachelors Degree with five years relevant experience in FMS financial management is required. Five additional years experience can offset the bachelors degree requirement (total of 10 years of relevant experience).

Experience should include proficiency in most of the following: MISIL, N-ERP, DSAMS, DIFS, SCIP, MOCAS, CEPT or other relevant financial systems, as well as financial case and contract reconciliation, pre-validation and problem disbursement analysis and resolution, case management and execution, analysis and resolution of FMS business rule violations, purpose and types of funding documents. A general understanding of FMS programs and roles and functions of the DoD SA/FMS cooperative programs financial infrastructure is required. Five additional years experience can offset the bachelors degree requirement (total of 10 years of relevant experience).

Other Requirements: Must have or be able to secure a secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system.

Desired Qualifications

Previous Foreign Military Sales Experience. Proficiency in most of the following: MISIL, N-ERP, DSAMS, DIFS, SCIP, MOCAS.
