Finance Data Automation Engineer

What does a successful Finance Data Automation Engineer do at Fiserv?

As a Finance Data Automation Engineer for Shared Services, you will play a key role in supporting current state business process automations. Additionally, you will be involved in the creation, development, and implementation of novel automations and integrations supporting an initiative to transform Billing source file automation within the Financial Institutional organization

What you will do:

  Design, build and deploy automation solutions alongside finance business process owners.

  n

• n

  Manage and maintain existing business process automations across multiple Billing, Collections and Cash application teams.

• n

  Perform data analysis on large volumes of transactional data.

  n
n
• n

  Assist with the build, deploy and training phase of our enterprise automations.

  n

• n

  Support our community of 'automates', participating in local User Group training sessions and on-line Use Case build sessions.

What you will need to have:

n
• n

  Experience in business process automation, data analytics, finance and/or similar discipline

  n
n
• n

  Experience in SQL, Relational database, Data transformation practical application and/or similar discipline

  n
n
• n

  Experience with Microsoft Office that includes Excel, Windows and PowerPoint

  n
n
• n

  4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience

  n
n

What would be great to have:

• n

  Experience with large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) such as SAP, Oracle or Peoplesoft.

  n

• n

  Ability to collect, aggregate, analyze and interpret data. ?

  n
n
• n

  Prior experience with tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI or similar drag and drop automation tools such as UI Path, relational databases such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server or Oracle

  This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding
