As a Field Supervisor, you will play a key role in guiding up to five installation crews, ensuring every project is completed with quality, safety, and professionalism. What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support crew leads to drive timely, high-quality solar installations.
- Review upcoming projects to anticipate challenges and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct job site safety inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain top standards.
- Troubleshoot and identify electrical, roofing, or construction issues, collaborating with specialized departments for resolution.
- Ensure system layouts, electrical designs, and installations are efficient, functional, and visually appealing.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism across all crews.
What We're Looking For
- A natural leader with at least 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (solar experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire and lead by example.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass required background and drug screening.
- Familiarity with solar equipment and systems is a plus, but we'll provide training for the right candidate.
