Seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team on 1st shift. If you're experienced in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and general maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate third-party vendor repairs with the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 25 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Proven experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and stand for the entire shift.
• Capable of bending, stooping, stretching, and reaching throughout the day.

PPE Requirements:

• Safety glasses
• Ear plugs
• Steel toe shoes

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
