Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanics Needed!

We are looking for skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to join our team! This role is hands-on, supporting equipment repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, MondayFriday
• 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM 5:00 AM, MondayFriday
• Starting at $17/hr + $2/hr weekly attendance bonus (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing production
• Perform preventative maintenance, modifications, and upgrades
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, sprockets, and chains
• Complete daily checklists and work orders in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) required
• Mechanical maintenance experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, chains, sprockets, bearings)
• Electrical or welding/fabrication experience a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks (climbing, kneeling, overhead work)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Dependable with solid attendance and self-motivation
