Executive Chef
Sodexo Corporate Services has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef to support our client in Bloomington, Minnesota. As the Executive Chef you'll be at the forefront of culinary excellence. This is a hands-on role that will focus on supporting our culinary program with our client. We seek a strong culinary leader with a proven commitment to innovation, teamwork, and collaboration to help us achieve our vision. This is a Monday-Friday corporate operation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Implements and coordinates the culinary function.
- Ensure food preparation and production meets operational standards
- Manages catering and retail areas
- Customer and client satisfaction
- Financial management to include food cost and labor management
- Manages food and physical safety programs

Key Qualifications Include:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong catering experience
- Ability to delegate and lead a team
- Demonstrated experience, 2 years or more in food or culinary services including vending, catering services or institutional services

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum education requirement - Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum management experience - 2 years. Minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
