Job Role -Executive Assistant
Location - 750 Seventh Ave., NY -10019 - Onsite
Duration - 08+ Months
Really looking for someone who has worked in the financial industry before!!
Interviews:
1st round: in person
2nd round: phone (may have a few smaller phone connects if 2nd round goes well)
Top 3 Skills:
Office experience, quick learner, team player
Job Responsibilities:
• Extensive telephone coverage for Managing Directors: answer phones, take accurate messages, know executive's whereabouts at all times, handle urgent/confidential calls with appropriate judgment
• Calendar maintenance for meetings, events and/or conference calls
• Coordinate travel and lodging including the submission of any expenses associated with travel or client visits
• Navigate Firm's resources, interface with various departments to collect information, respond to requests, obtain services
• Provide backup support for colleagues during vacation/sick days, and assist as needed with other office needs
• Miscellaneous support: setup and maintain mail groups, keep orderly, fully-functioning work area
Required Skills and Personal Attributes:
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills
• Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
Other Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook for email, calendar and contacts.
• Other helpful applications include Excel, internet and research tools. Concur proficiency a plus.
• Keep up to date with office procedures and technical training as well as all policy guidelines & compliance requirements

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
