Estimator

Trillium Construction is hiring for an Estimator in Lake Lillian, MN to assist with putting bids together for a local contractor that specializes in powder coating and manufacturing.
Duties:
-Create and update basic CAD drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
-Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to ensure accurate and current documentation
-Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in ERP.
-Identify and implement improvements in BOMs to reflect real-world production needs.
-Assist in maintaining item master data in the ERP system.
-Support quality assurance efforts including inspections, documentation, and reporting.
-Assist in tracking non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
-Maintain and help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Liaise between production, purchasing, and engineering to ensure smooth information flow and process consistency.
Compensation:
-Hourly rate around $25/hr, and increasing with experience

-Experience with a manufacturing ERP system (e.g., JobBOSS, Epicor, NetSuite, etc.).
-Basic CAD drafting experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
-Effective written and verbal communication skills.
-Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
