Job Summary

Reporting to the University Registrar, the Enrollment Management Analyst performs varied and specialized administrative, analytical, and technical duties supporting software systems management, report creation, functional development, and data-informed analytics for the Strategic Enrollment Management division. The incumbent serves as the day-to-day operational functional system administrator for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and participates in developing, altering, implementing, and evaluating its policies and procedures. The incumbent independently plans and performs research, compiles data and prepares and presents reports with recommendations for action. The incumbent contributes to the completion of broad and more complex divisional projects and goals, often providing project leadership or representing the division on key projects. Contacts involve interaction with all levels inside and outside the university, and includes dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Key Qualifications

This position requires a bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs, plus two years of related experience. Intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite required. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems, (i.e., Slate), OnBase and PeopleSoft Student Administration preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $4,598 to $5,800 a month. This is a full time, exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.

This position is eligible for a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave. In addition, 15 paid holidays are offered each year. Sonoma State University is also a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) Employer.
