Our expected salary range is $99,900 to $111,000, based on experience, alongside a robust benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
In this role, you will undertake engineering and technical tasks under general supervision, contributing to innovative projects and processes.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Execute engineering and technical tasks as assigned, utilizing general engineering principles.
- Ensure that all engineering products adhere to applicable safety analyses, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of effective processes and techniques, maintaining compliance with established policies.
- Propose improvements to the format and methodology of standard processes and procedures.
- Be prepared to undertake all other job assignments and duties as per company policy or as directed by management, which may include emergency response duties and supporting outage activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with a minimum of 3 years of nuclear or relevant engineering experience.
- Maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements, and pass a medical examination and/or testing as necessary for the role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering in Training certification.
- Experience in nuclear or power plant engineering.
- Solid understanding of techniques and foundational functions performed by the team, showcasing a readiness for increased responsibility within the organization.
