We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens position in North Carolina. This opportunity offers a 37-day assignment starting on 08/07/2025, with various shifts throughout August and September. The ideal candidate will work in a ER located in a tourist area/beach town. The facility is a hospital with specialty consultations available, including general surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, and telestroke. The NP will be responsible for providing emergency care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Epic electronic health records system.

• Provide emergency medical care in a ER

• Collaborate with specialty consultants as needed

• Utilize available resources including on-site radiologist and 24-hour laboratory

• Manage a diverse range of emergency cases in a tourist area

• Operate in a hospital setting with ORs

• Work alongside anesthesiologists and other medical staff

• Use Epic electronic health records system
