Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Engineer Specialist

Location: Bloomer, WI

Pay Range: $31.25 - $37.50 per hour based on experience

What You Will Do:

• Take the lead on the electrical assembly of Calf Hero units, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications for all wiring.
• Manage mechanical assembly tasks, including plumbing and motor installations, while upholding high-quality standards.
• Supervise service technicians and offer remote technical support to boost efficiency in service operations.
• Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing protocols and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct thorough pre-shipment inspections and system testing to ensure product quality and performance excellence.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A degree or certification in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems (208-480V, single & three-phase).
• Proficiency in reading and creating wiring schematics and CAD drawings.
• Familiarity with UL/CE certification standards and lean manufacturing practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
