Trillium Construction is hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical installations, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget for a client in Winnsboro, SC.

This role is pivotal in upholding safety and quality standards on major construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical installations on large-scale construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless workflows.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians while enforcing safety protocols.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for electrical tasks.
• Partner with the Project Manager to address on-site challenges and meet project deadlines.

Pay rate is up to $43/hour.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as an electrician in heavy commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership abilities to effectively manage contract workforces.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans.
• Estimating experience is a plus.
