Electrical Project Manager

We are supporting a leading electrical subcontractor specializing in commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. With a reputation for quality, safety, and on-time delivery, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team and lead projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct site visits and progress meetings.
• Track project costs and prepare change orders as needed.
• Lead and mentor project engineers and field staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and construction safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00/yr.

Workplace

This is a fully onsite position in Old Bridge, NJ.
