Mechanical Project Manager - HVAC Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial HVAC mechanical projects
• Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
• Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
• Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
• Maintain adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Material procurement
• Material Takeoffs
• Handling close out documents
• Client Relations
• Scheduling/coordinating
• Involved with all phases of project from bidding and proposals to punch list
• Desired skills/experience: Estimating, Scheduling, Submittals, RFI’s, Close out Documentation, Quality Control Inspections, Buyouts

Requirements:

• Approximately four (4) or more years of experience working within an HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, MEP, or Building Automation company with associated project experience
• Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) applications.
• BA/BS degree a plus, not required
• Strong understanding of HVAC building systems.
