Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our team, specializing in commercial projects . This role involves overseeing the planning, design, and execution of various commercial architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of commercial architectural projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Prepare and present project proposals, including design concepts and budget estimates, to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff throughout the project process.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural project management, specifically in commercial projects.
• Licensed Architect (RA) preferred; LEED accreditation is a plus.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Candidate must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
