Electrical Project Engineer
Industry : Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction
Location : Remote or Relocation (Southeast U.S. preferred)
Travel : Frequent travel to project sites in GA and NC (fully paid); per diem for food and lodging (Mon-Fri travel, home on weekends)
Compensation : $85,000 - $110,000 base + bonus potential
Employment Type : Full-Time
Reports To : Project Manager / Engineering Manager
Interview Process :

2 rounds via Microsoft Teams
Final round may be virtual or onsite
Drug test and background check required
Recruiter screening required prior to submission

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience
PE license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
3-7 years of experience in heavy/civil construction projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project)
Strong understanding of electrical systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience :

Public infrastructure (DOT, municipal, federal)
LEED/sustainable design familiarity
