Senior Civil Engineer

Selectek is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with strong technical expertise and project management experience to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in designing and delivering a wide range of civil engineering projectsfrom small-scale developments to large commercial and residential sites.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring safety, sustainability, and timely delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through construction
• Build and maintain client relationships to support business development and long-term retention
• Assess risk, materials, budgets, and schedules throughout project lifecycles
• Monitor progress and generate status reports for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in South Carolina or North Carolina
• 810+ years of experience in commercial and residential land development
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and strong knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
• Expertise in site layout, stormwater management, grading, utility design, erosion control, and permitting
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ICPR and/or StormWise modeling software

Pay Rate:

$150K - $160K (80% paid medical insurance and 401K with 7% match)
