Responsibilities
Under the direction of the director/supervisor, the cardiology technician performs electrocardiographs, assists with stress testing, and administers holter monitoring tests. The cardiology technician will provide electrocardiogram test data to physicians as needed and will oversee the reconciliation/maintenance process of the testing data base. This is a Full Time, Day Shift position.
630am-2:30pm shift. Must be willing to travel to Brownwood FSED one day a week.
Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required

Graduate of an Accredited Cardiac Technician Program, preferred or Echo Sonographer or Registered Nurse, preferred or Cardiovascular Technician or Respiratory Therapist, preferred or Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate, preferred

Basic 12 Lead EKG and Medical Terminology 1 & 2 (preferred)
Experience:1 year experience preferred
