District Sales Manager - Spirit

Overview

District Sales Manager - Spirit at Spirit Halloween — Seasonal role from July through November.

The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and related functions. Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.

Compensation and benefits: Weekly rate ranges from $1,320 – $1,345 per week, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include California Paid Sick Leave, Repeat DSM Bonus Program, and DSM Seasonal Incentive Program. Bonus and pay programs subject to qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operation for an average of 3 Spirit Halloween stores (seasonal role July through November).
• Manage sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and related functions.
• Coordinate construction, opening, operation, and closing/tear down of assigned Spirit stores.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old, flexible schedule.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
