KPMG is currently seeking a Transformation Director for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities :

• Leadclient engagements and work streams related to process improvements andoperational analysis for customer-facing services and functions
• Provideoversight of highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the projectlifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
• Applywell-developed consulting skills and in-depth industry and functional knowledgein the execution of assignments
• Establishclient value propositions that tie outcomes and C-Suite focus areas directly tobusiness improvement
• Helplead proposal development and other new business development activities byleveraging existing relationships with C-level executives
• Provide input into engagement decisionsincluding work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation, andcareer development of staff members
  

Qualifications :

• Minimumten years of management consulting experience with focus on the Hyperscalersector in Hi-Tech. This should include at least five years of experienceleading teams; Project/Program management experience in consulting is required
• Bachelor'sdegree in a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA ispreferred
• TransformationManagement/ Program Management; Hyperscale Cloud Models; deep understanding ofcloud sales motions; Strong background in process optimization with Lean andSix Sigma capabilities is a requirement
• Priorknowledge in facilitating design thinking sessions, conducting analysis againstbenchmarks, producing recommendations, and performing implementations as aresult of analysis and recommendations; Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
• Abilityto travel extensively and be able to prioritize, delegate, organize, and managemultiple teams and client engagements simultaneously
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
