Director - PMO

Cintas is currently looking for a Director - Project Management Office (PMO) within the IT department. The Director, PMO will be responsible to lead and oversee a portfolio of complex, high-impact technology initiatives, including but not limited to, SAP implementations, cloud computing, AI/ML, IoT, and eCommerce solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-budget projects exceeding $100 million, managing diverse global teams, and driving transformative change across geographically dispersed business units.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of project management experience
• Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated success managing $100+million portfolios and delivering SAP programs
• Experience in deploying cutting-edge technologies, such as cloud computing, AI/ML, IoT, and eCommerce
• Extensive experience managing vendor relationships and global teams, including offshore and onsite contractors

Preferred:

• SAP certifications and/or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
