Position Responsibilities
- Lead Uline's Corporate Security function, including a team of employees and contracted security teams.
- Manage Uline's Threat Assessment Team (TAT), including maintaining a company-wide approach to Workplace Violence Prevention planning, policy and awareness.
- Guide Uline security initiatives and operations including overseeing security tools, processes and policies to detect and respond to threats, vulnerabilities and attacks.
- Bachelor's degree in police science, criminal justice, information security or related field.
- 10+ years in corporate security, including program management experience.
- Understanding of physical security issues, proper investigative methodologies and management of investigative services.
- Professional security certification preferred, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Threat Manager (CTM).
