Purpose Brands is seeking an individual to join our team as a Director, Operations & Development supporting our International Team. In this role you will be providing operational support to senior leadership and making sure that priorities are met and the international organization functions effectively. Key is to help bridge communication gaps, manage international development projects, and drive strategic initiatives related to Purpose Brands International.

On the development support side, you help Purpose Brands as a world-class portfolio of franchisor brands. Being the largest and healthiest franchise concepts globally the role is to support development and initiatives driving unique interest in each of its brands including Anytime Fitness, Orangetheory Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, and Basecamp Fitness.

You will play a role in the development, marketing and support across all global regions, in partnership with the International Development team and the various Business Units. Working closely on a global scale also in partnership with our existing master franchise owners, that drive prospective franchisee interest, sales and expansion of our brands. This position reports to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of International.

Purpose + Impact (Key Responsibilities)

• Oversee day-to-day operations with the EVP ensuring smooth functioning of the int. organization and managing key projects and initiatives for the team
• Facilitate communication between the EVP and other Purpose Brands departments, ensuring alignment and information flow
• Together with the EVP monitor and evaluates international performance, identifying areas for improvement and support the implementation of solutions
• With the Development Team construct unique selling propositions for the PB portfolio and each individual brand-ensure alignment with domestic development and consider any local/cultural nuances
• Leverage insights and analytics to identify, profile, and the opportunity of key prospect targets, working closely with the regional business unit leaders
• Coordinate the development of marketing messaging and plans to reach, engage, and convert prospects across traditional and digital media including content marketing, CRM, events, paid digital, PR and publications
• Support the development team on prospect journeys, identify implications across touchpoints, and implement content (i.e. webinars, blogs, think pieces), media, and CRM programs
• With the development and pipeline team support the lead management process from lead capture to timely follow-up for International
• Work collaboratively with Sales to obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs generated from marketing campaigns
• Drive best in class data capture and management. Provide regular health checks, cleansing and augmentation
• Partner closely with brand management and digital marketing to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email, web, social media communication channels
• Lead the creation and management of sales support materials, whitepapers, brochures and data sheets, presentations, web site content, social media content, blog posts, case studies, press releases, FAQ's, other special purpose print, digital and video content
• Manage creation and execution of tradeshow marketing kit for international use
• Partner with sales to manage the formation and execution of an agent / broker sales partner model

Qualifications + Experience

• 8+ years of experience driving B2B demand generation (Ex. Campaign Planning & Execution, Lead Generation, KPI Analysis)
• Experience in marketing operations and end-to-end project management
• Experience defining and implementing enterprise lead generation programs and processes
• Significant experience with all aspects of marketing automation technology, processes and execution management
• Strong program management and communication skills with a proven track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven passionate about data analysis and excited to optimize campaigns using those insights
• Ability to creatively contribute to content ideas, design, implementation and/or curation of existing company / third party assets
• Degree in marketing, communications, business or comparable/relevant discipline

Salary Range

$95,000 - $125,000 base salary (annual) + additional bonus opportunity

Work Schedule

Orangetheory Fitness, an affiliate of Purpose Brands LLC, currently observe the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), and Seattle (WA) offices:

• Remote optional: Wednesdays and Fridays
• On-site days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
