Digital Experience Technical Product Manager
We are seeking a Digital Experience (DX) Technical Product Manager to join our digital experiences team that supports our business practice, Cognizant Moment. Cognizant Moment reinvents experience in an AI-enabled world. As a DX Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of digital experiences that align with our clients' strategic business objectives. Your expertise will be leveraged through persona and journey mapping, strategic thinking, and prototyping to enhance product lifecycle management. This role will specifically support a key banking and financial services client, and as such, requires a deep understanding of retail banking to deliver the innovative solutions required to meet this client's needs.
Work Model
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position open to qualified applicants in Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA. This role requires 3-4 days in the client's office with the remaining days from a home office and/or Cognizant location (if a Cognizant office is close to your homebase). In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute digital product strategies, leveraging your retail banking experience, that align with client goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the full product lifecyclefrom concept through launch and optimization.
- Translate technical concepts into user-centric solutions, leveraging persona development and journey mapping to elevate digital experiences.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for product enhancements and leading prototyping efforts to validate new ideas.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve product outcomes.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress clearly to stakeholders, fostering alignment and transparency across teams.
- Champion a collaborative and agile work environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
What you need to have to be considered:
- 4-6 years of experience in product management or digital experience roles, with a strong foundation in product strategy, lifecycle management, and user-centered design.
- Experience in IT consulting or software product organizations, with a strong understanding of product development lifecycles, client delivery, and cross-functional collaboration in tech-driven environments.
- Background in financial services or embedded finance, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks, digital payment systems, and integration of financial tools into consumer platforms.
- Strong technical background, preferably with hands-on experience working with APIs and digital platforms in banking or financial services.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including design thinking, prototyping, and managing evolving requirements in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of UX design principles, journey mapping, and customer research methods to shape intuitive and impactful digital products.
- Experience leveraging data analysis and emerging technology trends to inform product decisions, identify growth opportunities, and drive innovation.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred but not required:
- Agile leadership certifications such as SAFe PMPO or SAFe Scrum Master, with hands-on experience managing agile requirements and cross-functional delivery.

The annual base salary for this position is between $120,000 and $135,000.
