Position Summary

At BMS, Business Insights & Technology (BI&T) plays a crucial role in advancing our vision of transforming patients' lives through science. The BI&T Organization is committed to delivering the insights and technology capabilities needed for BMS to become the fastest-growing global bio pharmaceutical company by 2030. As part of our workforce strategy, we are recruiting bright, motivated, and inquisitive individuals eager to gain hands-on experience with disruptive technologies. The DADP rotational program will provide opportunities that will enable BI&T to deliver on our organizational commitments.

DADP is a two-year rotational program designed to discover your strengths, passion, and career interests while contributing to BMS' digital aspirations within Business Insights & Technology. Our DADPs learn and gain skills through formal training, stretch assignments, mentoring and exposure to a broad set of digital technologies such as AWS, Azure, Python, Tableau, Salesforce, SAP, advanced robotics, and machine learning frameworks.

As a DADP Associate, you'll accelerate innovation in patient care by working hands-on with cutting-edge technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and advanced analytics. You'll rotate through high-impact teams, tackle real-world challenges, and build solutions that directly improve patients' lives. From day one, you'll be mentored by industry leaders, participate in exclusive networking events, and shape your own career journey. Our DADP alumni have gone on to lead major projects in cybersecurity, digital labs, and enterprise systemsenhancing patient data privacy, deploying AI in clinical trials, and streamlining drug manufacturingyour path could be next!

Key Responsibilities

Aiding a wide range of projects across multiple domain areas, collaborating with different teams. Responsibilities may include:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other majors with an interest in technology and a passion for patients.
  • Additionally seeking individuals with life sciences backgrounds including but not limited to, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry.
  • Applicants who graduated within the last year or will graduate by May 2026.
  • Candidates must be a US citizen, have a lawful permanent resident of the US or otherwise authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

On-site Protocol

Physical presence at the BMS worksite or physical presence in the field is a necessary job function of this role, which the Company deems critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, employee well-being and engagement, and it enhances the Company culture.

Compensation Overview

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience. Eligibility for specific benefits listed on our careers site may vary based on the job and location.
