Diesel Mechanic (Night Shift 4pm-4am) – Midlothian, Texas

JoinWasteConnectionsas a Diesel Mechanic and keep our fleet running strong! We’re hiring experienced techs to perform maintenance and repairs on garbage trucks—covering everything fromhydraulicsand electrical to engine systems. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who takes pride in their work and valuessafety.

💰What We Offer:
 • $22.00–$30.00/hour based on experience Plus $2,500.00 Stay on Bonus
 • $150/month tool allowance + annual boot stipend
 • Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match, Life Insurance)
 • Consistent hours: 50–60 hrs/week, Mon–Fri + some Saturdays

🛠️What You’ll Do:
 • Performpreventative maintenance& inspections
 •Diagnoseand repair hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues
 • Handle on-road breakdowns and emergency calls
 • Keep shop clean, organized, and safe
 • Accurately document all work performed

✅Requirements:
 • 3+ years of diesel or heavy truck experience
 • Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, andmechanical systems
 • ASE cert and CDL (A or B) a strong plus
 • Reliable, hard-working, andsafety-minded
 • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
