Data Analyst

A large retail firm in Issaquah, WA is seeking a skilled Accounting/Data Analyst for a three-month contract. This position is 100% onsite, with working hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform a three-way match with customs invoices to ensure alignment with the correct payment. The role also involves monthly auditing of customs documentation and invoices, utilizing vlookup and pivot tables to sort data. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for working with data.

Responsibilities

• Perform a three-way match with customs invoices to ensure correct payment alignment.
• Conduct monthly audits of customs documentation and invoices.
• Utilize vlookup and pivot tables to sort and analyze data.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry.
• Collaborate with the team to manage purchasing and invoice processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in reconciliation and data analysis.
• Expertise in using pivot tables and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with vlookup and SAP systems.
• Knowledge of commercial invoices and customs documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with accounting and data entry.
• Ability to manage large amounts of data efficiently.

Work Environment

The role is based in a typical office environment within a new building constructed last year, located in Issaquah, WA. The team is described as super cool to work with, providing a supportive corporate environment. Additionally, free parking is available for employees.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Issaquah, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
