Data Analyst

Apex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITE Data Analyst for our client based out of Greensboro, NC. This assignment is anticipated to be a 12 month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment. This will also have a first shift Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc data requests and reporting needs.

Experience

• 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data governance and privacy standards.
