Creative Project Coordinator- Hybrid- Journeys

The Creative Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing digital creative requests from initiation to completion. This role ensures timely delivery, clear communication between stakeholders, and alignment with brand standards across all digital assets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with ecommerce and digital creative teams to align deliverables and deadlines across website, loyalty, and email.
• Ability to think strategically about requirements for each project and be able to independently research and acquire various elements or missing details.
• Create project timelines and project plan creative team assignments across digital and mall projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary assets and resources for project execution, such as product samples, guidelines, and specifications.
• Coordinate all meetings requiring further direction on creative project requests.
• Support Creative Project Manager in any additional needs.
• DAM data management, tagging and organizing files for consistency.
• Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a project coordination role in a multi-channel environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal
• Intermediate experience in MS Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Intermediate experience in Google Suite and Figma is a plus
• Knowledge and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
