Base pay range

$180,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Our client is a premier legal firm specializing in corporate law, providing top-tier legal services to businesses of all sizes. We are committed to fostering long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional results. We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team and support our growing client base.
Position Overview
The Corporate Attorney will handle a variety of corporate legal matters, including security, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance issues. This role is ideal for a proactive legal professional with a passion for corporate law and a track record of successful client representation.
Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts and agreements.
• Handle security matters, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from inception to completion.
• Assist clients with business entity formation, restructuring, and dissolutions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations.
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3+ of experience as a Corporate Attorney.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple corporate matters and deadlines efficiently.
