As the Controller, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the SERVPRO accounting and office team. You will oversee all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and compliance
• Manage the training and development plans for the office team
• Oversee performance management for the office team
• Deliver financial reporting as needed
• Verify and analyze franchise performance reports
• Assist with office staffing and compensation plan as needed

Position requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of accounting and/or office-related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
