LHH (Atlanta) is partnering with a leading global Real Estate company on a search for a Senior Accountant to join their high-performing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with public accounting experience and a passion for real estate to move into a role that blends accounting, finance, and strategic exposure.

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle accounting and finance for multiple investment vehicles, serving as a key liaison across internal teams and external partners.
• Lead investor reporting, capital activity, and financial modeling for real estate deals (acquisitions, dispositions, and financings).
• Manage cash planning, capital calls/distributions, and performance reporting.
• Mentor and manage third-party property accountants and review consolidated financials.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers and Controllers to support audits, tax prep, and fair value reporting under GAAP.
• Contribute to high-level strategic decision-making with exposure to complex investment structures.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 24 years of experience, ideally starting in public accounting
• Exposure to real estate, investment management, or private equity
• Strong communicator with excellent Excel skills
• Driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
