This client is a leading energy manufacturing and logistics organization with long-standing refining and distribution operations in Southern California that are vital to both domestic and global energy supply. As a Security Account Manager , you'll handle client issues, communicate with key contacts, and build strong relationships to enhance security services. Your responsibilities will include updating business databases, reviewing compliance, managing billing, analyzing data, and preparing reports. You'll also guide our customers through projects and deliver detailed presentations, showcasing your expertise in security services. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership and management experience, hold a valid TWIC card, and demonstrate knowledge of Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) regulations, ensuring compliance and readiness in a high-security energy environment.

- Work Location: Wilmington, CA 90744
- Competitive Salary: $88,000.00 annually
- Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- This position may require working outside of standard business hours to address client emergencies, including holidays and weekends, as needed.

Client Management:
- Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
- Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
- Improve the client's security program for long-term success.
- Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
- Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
- Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
- Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
- Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
- Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
- Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
- Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
- Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
- Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
- Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
- At least 21 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- At least three (3) years of experience in security operations, with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities.
- At least two (2) years of management experience.
- Holds a current Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC)
- Experience and familiarity with Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) regulations.
- Great leadership and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Good at building relationships, communicating, and paying attention to details.
- Professional, self-driven, and skilled in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Positive, energetic, and good at strategic thinking and financial planning.
- Experienced in managing projects and staying calm under pressure.
- Honest and ethical, aligning with our company's values.
- Skilled in writing reports, client communications, and instructional materials.
- Experienced in financial planning and understanding profit margins.
- Good at handling challenges and managing stress effectively.
