Consulting - Technology Consulting - Platforms - Oracle - Finance - NetSuite Financials (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1641715) , Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Jacksonville, FL.

Advise clients on the design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud-based solutions. Team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and solutions that will bring our clients' digital vision and strategy to life. Assist clients with standard and customizable solutions in NetSuite. Assist with third party integrations and implementations with NetSuite (such as Blackline configuration, Celigo, AvaTax, Strongpoint) and other NetSuite bundles. Team with client business and technology professionals, and/or third party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions. Optimize various business processes within NetSuite, such as providing automated solutions for complex business problems and manual tasks. Working in project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project life cycle. Collaborating with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Digital and Emerging Technology consulting market. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of work experience. Must have 4 years of combined technical and functional experience in NetSuite, including all of the following: - At least three (3) NetSuite implementations, including setup, configuration, and customization. - Experience with module configurations within NetSuite OneWorld ERP system, including one or a combination of any of the following: Financials/Consolidation process, procure to pay, order to cash, and/or multibook. - Experience managing functional requirements of an implementation and engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to identify needs and to scope required enhancements for NetSuite. - Experience in revenue recognition process (including Multi-Elements Arrangements), as well as ASC605 and ASC606. - Experience working with foreign currency topics (including accounting base currency, foreign currency transactions, and revaluations) and international consolidation (including Cumulative Translation Adjustment). Must have 2 years of experience supervising onshore and/or offshore delivery teams. Requires travel up to 90%, including international travel up to 10% to serve client needs.
