About the Role

As a Consulting Analyst specializing in Property & Casualty Insurance, you will make an impact by delivering tailored solutions that drive transformation and value for our clients. You will be a valued member of our consulting team, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues and clients to enhance business processes and deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze client requirements and develop customized solutions to address business challenges in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into client environments.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices, providing actionable insights to clients.
• Develop and present reports and presentations that clearly communicate the benefits and impact of proposed solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Work model: We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a position requires 50% travel and 1-2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Charlotte, NC. What you must have to be considered:

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and software relevant to the insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

These will help you succeed:

• Advanced certifications in insurance or consulting.
• Experience working in a hybrid work model, demonstrating adaptability and effective time management.
• In-depth understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Proven ability to maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry developments.
