Title: Pharmacist Inpatient
Location: Morganton, NC
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 3x12-hour shifts (06:00 AM – 06:00 PM), rotating early/late start times within shift window

Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills:
Provide inpatient pharmacy services
Collaborate with healthcare team to manage medication therapy
Ensure accuracy and safety in medication dispensing
Support patient care by reviewing medication orders and monitoring patient responses
Float within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed

Required Skills and Requirements:
Valid NC pharmacist license required at time of submission
Ability to work every other weekend (at most)
Experience in inpatient pharmacy setting preferred
Flexibility with variable start times between 6 AM and 9 PM (scheduled by manager)
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)

Preferred:Previous inpatient pharmacist experienceAbility to adapt to floating assignments within the hospital system
