Construction Project Administrator

Project Administration: Administrators continue to coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. Download submittals and RFIs to the project team's folder once issued on Procore from the GC. Distribute submittal/RFI document locations to respective CA Design Team members for review. Follow-up with CA Design Team members for final review; upload submittals/RFIs to Procore. Monitor Procore for submittal and RFI statuses. All correspondence related to RFIs shall include 5Ws for tracking purposes especially if change orders are considered.

Change Management: Administrators track and document changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and facilitate the necessary approvals and adjustments.

Quality Control: They help implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Issue Resolution: Administrators assist in resolving construction-related issues, such as delays, conflicts, or disputes, by coordinating with project stakeholders and implementing appropriate solutions. Ping CA Design Team members as required to follow-up with statuses of submittals/RFI. Attend weekly OAC meetings to advise GC team of submittal/RFI statuses and to update CA Design Team of critical items needed.

$55,000-$80,000 Depending on Experience

Bachelor's Degree or related experience 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Progress toward licensure preferred
