Laborer

Our client, industry professionals specializing in HVAC and site maintenance, is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the construction and site support team supporting ongoing maintenance and installation projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Laborer

Location: Kingston, NY

Pay Range: $17 per hour + overtime

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm

What's the Job?

• Assist with basic site tasks including insulation removal from HVAC ductwork
• Support crew by helping with general site cleanup and material handling
• Work safely on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet
• Follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times
• Help unload equipment and parts after project completion

What's Needed?

• Valid and clean driver's license
• Own transportation to the work site
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
• Comfortable working in casual but neat attire with work boots
• Long hair must be tied back; jewelry and loose clothing are not permitted on site
